ABOUT THE COMPANY
InnerLoc is a privately funded startup company with patent-pending technology. In more than a year of test marketing, not one shipment protected by InnerLoc has been tampered with or stolen.

Current officers and stockholders of the company also comprise the board of directors. They include:

	REID EASTMAN Vice President Mr. Eastman is the president and founder of Eastman Logistics, a transportation brokerage company. Prior to starting Eastman Logistics, he served as a terminal manager for Ligon Company. Mr. Eastman owns 10 percent of the company.
