Prior to joining InnerLoc’s management team, Mr.
Coutermarsh was employed by KPMG Consulting Inc., as a Senior Manager.
Before consulting,
he served as Vice President of Global Operations for WorldPort Communications,
Inc. Subsequently Richard worked for Teligent, Inc., as a Regional Director
of Network Operations. His additional experience includes serving as a
National Account Manager for TNT Express Worldwide and as an International
District Sales Manager for Airborne Express, Inc. Mr. Coutermarsh has a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and served as a Captain
in the United States Army. Mr. Coutermarsh owns 10 percent of the Company
and serves on the Board of Directors. |

Mr. Eastman is the president and founder of Eastman Logistics, a transportation
brokerage company. Prior to starting Eastman Logistics, he served as a
terminal manager for Ligon Company. Mr. Eastman owns 10 percent of the
company. |
